The CRC SmartWasher® is a bioremediation-based parts-cleaning system designed for the safe cleaning of contaminated components during repair and maintenance work.

The system combines the SmartWasher® parts washer, heated and circulated OzzyJuice® cleaning fluid and the OzzyMat® filter containing microorganisms. These biologically break down oils, greases and carbon-based contaminants.

This provides an effective alternative to manual solvent- or water-based parts washers while reducing the handling of hazardous waste.

With a load capacity of up to 454 kg, the SW-37 is designed for large and heavy parts. It can be moved easily on its trolley or positioned securely using lockable castors and features an extra-large sink.
