CRC OZZYMAT® FL-4 The multi-layer OzzyMat® FL-4 is designed for normal to heavy use and has (4) white layers and (1) blue layer. The white layers should be peeled off at weekly intervals for optimum performance. The blue layer contains the microbes (Ozzy®) and releases them into the system. These microbes (Ozzy®) migrate from the OzzyMat® into the OzzyJuice® located in the SmartWasher® basin where they break down oils and grease. The microbe-impregnated mat retains particulate matter as small as 50 microns. It is a disposable item that is easy to change. The microbes in the mat are activated when used with OzzyJuice®. For optimal performance, the mat should be changed monthly The bioremediation process keeps the cleaning fluid clean and ready to use.
