CRC Smartwasher

CRC Smartwasher® is a complete cost effective system that deliver exceptional cleaning in a safe and environmentally responsible way.

SmartWasher® how it works

The components of this remarkable parts washer work because they form a system solution. Together the filter, microbes, fluid and machine harness the power of biotechnology to offer the end user a unique parts cleaning experience.

The bioremediation process

Bioremediation is the use of microbes to break down or neutralize “hazardous substances” or “contaminants” thereby removing dangerous chemicals from the environment. The science of bioremediation is listed as one of the USA’s Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) innovative technologies.

1. The OzzyMat® Filter transfers fresh microbes to the OzzyJuice® cleaner and trap particulates  preventing them from contaminating the OzzyJuice® solution

2. Ozzy® Microbes eat organic contaminants as a food source and effectively eliminate these from the CRC SmartWasher® bioremediating parts washing system as water and carbon dioxide through the process of bioremediation

3. The OzzyJuice® Cleaning Fluid provides an optimal feeding ground for the microbes by efficiently lifting fats, greases, oils and other organic matter off the parts, emulsifying these and carrying them into the parts washer and making them accessible to the microbes

Rasenpflege im Herbst zur Vorbereitung auf den Winter

Lawn care

The lawn begins to grow in March and can last until November. In general, lawn fertilizers are only used during this growth phase, because fertilizing during the rest of the time can cause unsightly damage to the lawn. A distinction is made here between long-term lawn fertilizers and mineral lawn fertilizers.

>> Mineral lawn fertilizers should be applied at least twice, even better three times a year. A spring fertilization in March, an early summer fertilization in June and finally an autumn fertilization in August in preparation for winter

Since 2010, heavy hedge pruning has been permitted by the Federal Nature Conservation Act Section 39 (5) (BNatSchG) from the beginning of October until the end of February  It is therefore prohibited from the beginning of March to the end of September. You can make one or two additional cuts if necessary. Such cuts are also allowed from March to October, provided they serve the well-being of the plant. You should prune your hedge so it can grow denser. This additional pruning is also recommended in late summer as preparation for winter.

In general, you should prune hedges after the last frost. Also when pruning, it should not be too hot and the sun should not be too bright. These circumstances could harm the freshly pruned shoots.
